Bullet Proof Security (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean registered security company established in 2025. At Bullet Proof we provide integrated security services by combining manpower with the latest security technology. The company was inspired by the increasing for innovative security services providers that understands Zimbabwe’s unique security landscape and needs. We strategically deploy our guarding services, armed reaction services and security technologies to ensure the safety of our clients and the communities we serve. Bullet Proof has an extensive footprint and employs over 50 staff members, with a seasoned management team and in-depth experience across security disciplines. Learnership and staff development programs provide on-the-job training.

With over 38 years in the security services sector, the Chairman is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Board and ensuring that it meets its legal and fiduciary obligations. Reputation of leading security operations locally and regionally. Brings a wealth of experience in leadership roles, and a comprehensive understanding of the organizational policies and procedures.
Vigai Maunganidze
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO is a reputable security and business professional with over 25 years of experience in the security sector. Has a strong understanding of performance management principles and corporate finance. Proven experience in developing profitable strategies, familiarity on other business aspects such as marketing, and PR among others. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and exquisite leadership skills.
Tinashe Gwandira
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO brings over 13 years of experience in the security sector. Has extensive experience of the security field, thorough knowledge of practices, policies and procedures of the company. The COO also has a good understanding of business functions including HR, Finance and Marketing aa well as working knowledge of IT and business infrastructure
John T. Guvamatanga
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has pursued business interests in construction, property development, real estate, and health insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and is affiliated with the IMM. At Bulletproof Security, he is responsible for the overall financial operations of the company, ensuring performance aligns with the organization's strategic direction and priorities.
Robert Jengwa
Marketing manager
With five years of experience in the security industry, he possesses extensive managerial and marketing skills across both physical and digital platforms.
Hama Parent Chimana
Operational Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the security sector, he has developed a comprehensive expertise in crime management, traffic logistics, and the coordination of VVIP escorts, as well as handling high-risk criminal escorts. Additionally, he is a trained and experienced dog handler, specializing in the training and management of security dogs.
Mutuso, Taruvinga & Mhiribidi
Law Firm
Mutuso, Taruvinga & Mhiribidi Attorneys is an independent, indigenous law firm that is wholly owned and operated in Zimbabwe. This legal services provider has been engaged to assist with legal compliance, risk management, contract drafting, and intellectual property protection. Marshall Kapureni
HR & Admin Manager
He is a seasoned Human Resource and Administration professional with extensive experience across all sectors in Zimbabwe. Bringing a wealth of expertise and a proven track record, he excels at fostering positive workplace cultures and driving organizational success. His areas of expertise include strategic HR leadership, employee engagement and development, employee relations management, organizational development, business administration, talent management, and policy formulation and review. He holds an Honours Degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPMZ, and a certificate in Leadership from RMI. He firmly believes that the heart of any successful organization lies in its people.
Dephne T. Mabiza
Finance Manager
She is a Senior Finance Expert with over 18 years of experience in the banking sector, known for fostering trust and cultivating partnerships based on financial accountability and transparency. Adept in business leadership, strategy formulation, process implementation, and enhancing business performance, she currently manages the finance function at Bulletproof Security. Dephne has gained exposure to the construction, property development, and property management sectors by serving high-value clients in these industries while working for various financial institutions. At Bulletproof Security, she looks forward to continuing her learning and growth within the construction and real estate industries. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.
